Despite being a sterling example of modern architecture (even following Corbusier’s 5 points of architecture) HWH has long been considered the ugly sister of the BBC’s classical Langham Place, yup the one with that famous rotunda of corinthian pillars. But we’re not in this camp, as Confucius put it “Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it.”Since we’ve got 76,000 sq. ft. we’ve decided it doesn’t have to be all work. We’ve worked with architects Buckley Gray Yeoman to create co-working spaces and a lounge on the ground floor for members to work, collaborate, socialise and grow their business. Meeting and event spaces for 2 -100 people topped off with a penthouse meeting space to be booked out in its entirety. And of course private offices for 2 – 100 people kitted out with dining areas, kitchens and lounges. It even has a library where you’re encouraged to ssh!What’s new? Where’s the play? There’s a gym for yoga, Pilates and suspension training with a sound system to match. A 20 – seater screening room is yours to enjoy as well.We’ve also got heaps of cycle storage, showers that will make you want to abandon your own bathroom, drying rooms, lockers and are planning weekly group rides around Regent’s Park and beyond. With 76,000 square feet to play with, we’ve created a space that’s all work and all play. A former BBC building, there’s a distinctively creative feel about this building with a content production studio, library and cinema screening room all on-site. Working with architects Buckley Gray Yeoman, there’s also plenty of space for meetings and events, including a penthouse apartment, as well as a brilliant fitness studio with classes by the experts at Manor.
